Apparu il y a plus d&rsquo;une centaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es, on le retrouve d\u00e9sormais derri\u00e8re une multitude de contenants. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L&rsquo;id\u00e9e ?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Valoriser le produit et faire saliver le consommateur sans trahir son image de marque ! Choix des mat\u00e9riaux, mentions l\u00e9gales \u00e0 ne pas omettre, tour d&rsquo;horizon des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du packaging alimentaire.\u00a0<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Le cadre l\u00e9gal du packaging alimentaire<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le packaging alimentaire supporte depuis toujours de nombreuses missions diff\u00e9rentes :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contenir le produit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00c9viter toute contamination.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Faciliter le transport.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Permettre le stockage et la distribution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Constituer un levier marketing satisfaisant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Face au consommateur pour qui <strong>l&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et la sant\u00e9 occupent d\u00e9sormais une place de premier plan<\/strong>, il lui faut \u00e0 la fois rassurer et convaincre, en accord avec les r\u00e9glementations \u00e9tablies.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Celles-ci sont d&rsquo;ailleurs nombreuses et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 chaque pays malgr\u00e9 une volont\u00e9 d&rsquo;harmonisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne. Tous doivent ainsi \u00ab\u00a0\u00eatre suffisamment inertes pour ne pas c\u00e9der [aux] denr\u00e9es alimentaires des constituants en une quantit\u00e9 susceptible de pr\u00e9senter un danger pour la sant\u00e9 humaine [ou] d&rsquo;entra\u00eener une modification inacceptable de la composition des aliments\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La France dispose quant \u00e0 elle de textes plus sp\u00e9cifiques comme :\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Le\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000162119&amp;fastPos=1&amp;fastReqId=729839531&amp;categorieLien=cid&amp;oldAction=rechTexte\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">D\u00e9cret n\u00b092-631 du 8 juillet 1992<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> relatif aux mat\u00e9riaux et objets destin\u00e9s \u00e0 entrer en contact avec les produits et boissons pour l&rsquo;alimentation de l&rsquo;homme ou des animaux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">L&rsquo;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.contactalimentaire.com\/fileadmin\/ImageFichier_Archive\/contact_alimentaire\/Fichiers_Documents\/Brochure_JO\/avis_du_07-11-1995.pdf\">Avis du Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019Hygi\u00e8ne Publique de France (CSHPF) du 7 novembre 1995<\/a> sur les encres et vernis pour l\u2019impression des emballages destin\u00e9s au contact alimentaire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Les diff\u00e9rents types de packaging alimentaire<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le secteur alimentaire se divise globalement en trois sous-secteurs : le frais, le surgel\u00e9, et l&rsquo;\u00e9picerie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Je suis primeur<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On mise sur le sac kraft pour transporter les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes ! Attention pourtant, le verre est un mat\u00e9riau tr\u00e8s fragile. \u00c0 envisager en tenant compte des modes d&rsquo;acheminement et des aliments contenus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Le m\u00e9tal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Id\u00e9al pour :<\/strong> les sodas, les l\u00e9gumes, les sauces, les pr\u00e9parations culinaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Fer, acier, aluminium, fer blanc (acier + \u00e9tain), fer chrom\u00e9 (acier + chrome)&#8230; Les packaging m\u00e9talliques nous laissent l&#8217;embarras du choix et se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent globalement <strong>l\u00e9gers, \u00e9tanches et 100% recyclables<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">On \u00e9vitera de les passer au micro-ondes mais ils r\u00e9sisteront autrement \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse d&rsquo;aliments cuits ou surgel\u00e9s ! Au niveau du prix, ils se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent en revanche bien moins performants que d&rsquo;autres alternatives du fait d&rsquo;un co\u00fbt relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">Et les encres ?<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c9galement d\u00e9finies par le r\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b01935, les encres et les vernis doivent \u00e0 tout prix \u00e9viter la migration de particules chimiques vers le produit. On veut du kraft, du carton, et un design \u00e9pur\u00e9 \u00e9voquant un d\u00e9licieux retour au naturel. Un peu \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de la marque Daddy qui a abandonn\u00e9 son traditionnel sachet plastique au profit de quelque chose de beaucoup plus \u00e9cologique.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">J&rsquo;opte pour le format ad\u00e9quat<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le format final d\u00e9pendra de deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Le type de produit :<\/strong> s&rsquo;agit-il de petits aliments en vrac comme des p\u00e2tes ou des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ? Faut-il le maintenir correctement en place pour l&#8217;emp\u00eacher de s&rsquo;ab\u00eemer, comme cela peut \u00eatre le cas des fruits et des l\u00e9gumes ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>La cible vis\u00e9e : <\/strong>s&rsquo;agit-il d&rsquo;une famille ? On pense aux petites gourdes et aux sachets fra\u00eecheur plus pratiques, et beaucoup mieux <strong>adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la client\u00e8le cible<\/strong> : les personnes actives et les enfants !<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\"><b>Je n&rsquo;oublie pas les mentions obligatoires<\/b><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le packaging alimentaire, tout comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.printbasprix.com\/impression-flyer-en-ligne\">flyer<\/a> ou d&rsquo;autres supports de communication, doit imp\u00e9rativement comporter un certain nombre de mentions obligatoires destin\u00e9es \u00e0 informer et prot\u00e9ger le consommateur. Dans ce cas pr\u00e9cis, il s&rsquo;agira de :\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>La d\u00e9nomination<\/strong> du produit.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>La liste d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients,\u00a0<\/strong>par ordre d\u00e9croissant selon la quantit\u00e9.
